Privacy Policy
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. It is not National License Services policy to sell or rent information about our customer. The information collected on our web site is neither resold nor shared with any third parties, however, you may receive email from National License Services regarding "What's New", "Regulation Changes" and updates regarding licensing requirements. If you do not want to receive these email bulletins from us in the future, Click Here to remove your name from our email list.
School Policy
National License Services offers Distance Learning Correspondence Internet real estate courses, which have been approved by the Department of Real Estate. See Individual courses for approval and sponsoring numbers.
National periodically e-mails/U.S. Mails their students with pertinent course status information and new or revised offerings. Information is included on Laws, Regulations and policies affecting your industry. National believes the information contained in Course materials is correct, but does not warrant such. We do not offer personal, legal or tax advice. You are advised to contact an Attorney for legal advice or an Accountant for tax advice.
Refund Policy
Real Estate Course students may cancel their enrollment within 10 days and receive a complete refund. Text materials must be clean, unmarked and in resalable condition. There is no refund for the "one-time" Real Estate Internet School Class, or the One-Day Live Instructional Real Estate Class. There are no refunds on Internet Practice Exams.
Course completion requirements vary for each course and these requirements are stated in the Student Instructions. The minimum passing grade on real estate courses is 60%. Student records are retained for five years. Completion Certificates are e-mailed or U.S. Mailed to you.
Tuitions are subject to price fluctuations without notice. Taxes are included and paid by National for materials. Special offers are revocable at any time without notice.

Our Use of Cookie Technology
A "cookie" is a small file sent to your computer by our Web server. We send a cookie to your computer when you use our Web site shopping cart to make a purchase. This cookie is temporary and deletes itself when you close your Web browser. We also send your computer a cookie when you enroll in a course. This cookie tracts your class sessions and allows us to advise you of your current status.
Security and Passwords
The personally identifiable information we collect is stored within our controlled database and we use standard, industry-wide procedures, such as firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for credit card information. As effective as our security measures may be, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed complete security.

Examination Scheduling
Examination scheduling is influenced by the volume of applications received. Examinations are generally administered, as needed, in the following areas:

Depending on the volume of applications, additional areas and sites may be used to schedule exams. You may check available examination dates and view a list of examination sites on the DRE Web site. However, please keep in mind that a particular examination may be filled by the time your application is processed.
Note: Examination locations within an area may vary. Requests for specific locations within the chosen area cannot be granted.
Rescheduling an Examination
If you do not take your examination on the date scheduled or wish to change your scheduled date, you may reschedule your examination date using eLicensing. Or, you may complete, sign and return your Salesperson Examination Schedule Notice (RE 401A) or a Salesperson Examination Change Application (RE 415A) with a fee of $15 for your first request to reschedule or $30 for your second and subsequent requests to reschedule to:

You may check available examination dates and view a list of examination sites on the DRE Web site to find out when and where the DRE is scheduling examinations. Please keep in mind that a particular examination may be filled by the time your application is processed.
NOTE: You may be scheduled for only one examination date at a time. If you apply to reschedule your examination you will be removed from the current examination. Fee payments will not be refunded.
